Thursday

Once again God blessed us with a great day in Haiti.  Sam and Cody finished painting the balcony of the church and did some small maintenance around the compound.  We had another great day with the teachers.  They can not believe we would come back and teach them again.  They want to learn and be able to go out and train other teachers in Haiti!  Wow!  We are talking about how tomorrow is our last day and we are very sad about that.  But, we miss our families and look forward to seeing them.

Lynsi said I could write "mushy, gushy" stuff----so there you go!

Sam says hi to everyone.

Lynsi and Gina have both had their hair braided.  They look great!

Cody found a guitar to play.  He is in his room right now playing.  He sang me a song while I waited for the computer to come on.  I am not use to waiting this long on a computer.  Boy, do we take a lot of things for granted in the U.S.

Looking forward to your report & pictures. We are very much blessed here in Bolivar & elsewhere- it doesn't even seem to be a comparison. Watch out for the passport guy in his "booth". They always look secretive at the airport. We know you all have made an impact in these people's lives this week

I got the computer back today all repaired and Windows is behaving. I have caught up on your week in Haiti and am in awe of what all you are doing and accomplished. The blog is wonderful but I need photos!!! A picture is worth a thousand words to my brain so please be sure and share those when you get them developed.

Perhaps Cody can play the guitar and you all can sing a song to them before you leave.

Have a safe flight home, rest up, take a dip in the pool and give me a call! :)

Tami and Lynsi, how about a personal note for us back home (Hint: Steve and Broc) Broc named his dog ROSCOE, its pretty cute. He kept Broc up all night wanting out of its box, and if you were wondering, it had its first accident in the house. (and it was on Lynsi's pillow) lol. Well we love you guys, have a good flight and we will see you sunday. STEVE
